Had such a nice night out with my friends. It's nice to meet up before the time and have a bite to eat, then have some fun painting. It's a different experience than the usual girls dinner or coffee. Angi guides the group well, so you don't really need to worry about sucking too bad... everyone's final paintings looked great! Thanks for a great evening! - Michelle Dodd Golombick
A fun night out with friends and a good glass of cab! - Katya Panagides

Dynamic Duo - Angi and Kate
Canvas and Cabernet would like to introduce to you the two artists that make these evenings possible...
Angi Kuun is a Johannesburg based artist who grew up in a family full of artists and designers and found her love for art at an early age. She attended the National School of the Arts and thereafter got her Higher Diploma in Interior Design. Angi has her own business called Angi Kuun Art and does a lot of customised artwork for clients such as murals, abstract artwork, custom commissions and mainly specialises in portraiture. Art is most definitely Angi’s passion in life and that’s why between fellow artist, Kate Woodall and herself they decided to make Canvas and Cabernet Events a reality.
Kate Woodall, also born and bred in the City of Gold matriculated from Bryanston High School and soon after studied Graphic Design at Inscape Design College and received her Degree in Design. She is an extremely creative individual and is always busy with a new project, whether it is a painted guitar, a mural or some wonderful piece of art she has made by hand. Kate has her own business called Kate Jane Woodall where does customised artwork as well as graphic design work. She has found a fond relationship with drawing African themed pieces which are just outstanding.
Angi and Kate have collaborated on a few pieces of art together.
